Scientific and technological innovation turns "Four Wastes" into green energy
the invention, promotion and use of plastics, rubber, tires and engine oil is a symbol of human progress and an important pillar raw material for modernization. However, as the common "top-down" approach to production and consumption evolves, these resources will also become "waste" if they are not utilized
at present, China has taken the comprehensive utilization of waste plastics, waste tires, waste engine oil, waste aluminum plastic processing fuel oil, carbon black, and recycling of waste steel wires as an important part of vigorously promoting energy conservation, emission reduction, and green environmental protection projects
it is against this background that Tongyang Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd. based on the local "Four Wastes" resources, built the project of "using the" Four Wastes "to produce biodiesel"
the project has a total of 12 production lines, including 4 waste tires, 4 waste plastics, 2 waste engine oil and 2 waste aluminum plastics. The core process is basically the same, but the pretreatment of raw materials, feeding methods and disposal methods of by-products are different. In the production of (3) fluid friction, which refers to a kind of friction process in which the relatively moving solid surface is completely separated by lubricants, the heat source comes from the flame arrester of the heating device set outside the reactor, and the reactor is heated with natural gas and non condensable gas as fuel. The smoke produced by heating is destroyed, and the replacement gas is washed and purified by a strong physicochemical tower, without smoke emission
the waste wheel is limited by the product structure. Besides refining oil, the remaining tire is carbon black, which is directly sold to the market. The waste residue extracted from waste engine oil and waste plastics is recycled by special equipment and burned as the fuel for self refining. The waste water generated in the production process is directly recycled as the cooling water required for production, without sewage discharge. The whole production process truly realizes the "eating, drying and squeezing" of all waste materials, and achieves "zero" emission
it is understood that the project handles 750000 tons of waste products annually, including 420000 tons of waste tires, 200000 tons of waste plastics and waste aluminum plastics, and 130000 tons of waste engine oil, completely solving the waste pollution problem in Wuhai City and surrounding areas in Inner Mongolia
